Konstantin Matt completed his law degree at the University of Lucerne and worked in the field of private equity in a family office. He is currently acting as a member of the management of a Liechtenstein trust company. Konstantin Matt is providing assistance to international customers advising them on the establishment and administration of Liechtenstein trusts, foundations, establishments and companies. Since 2023, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Vogt Asset Management AG.

Princely Councillor David Vogt, a certified fiduciary consultant, worked for more than 25 years at one of the leading fiduciary and auditing companies in Liechtenstein. For a period of 15 years during that time he was Managing Director. In 1991 he established the trust company David Vogt & Partner together with his wife Ruth and daughter Jacqueline. Over the past 30 years he has been constantly expanding the scope of the successful financial services business with the establishment of new ventures, such as Hand in Hand Anstalt and Vogt Asset Management AG.

Dr. Dietmar Loretz's education background includes a law degree (LL.M) and a doctorate from Vienna University (J.D.), a postgraduate diploma from Liechtenstein University in Trust Business as well as an MBA in International Wealth Management from the Swiss Banking School. Dr. Loretz worked for many years as a specialist in the setting up and administration of trusts, foundations, establishments and companies in a well-known Liechtenstein trust company which included work in management. In addition to his main work he continues to exercise director's mandates in various financial areas. Since 2007 he has been a member of the management at David Vogt & Partner.
